When you have reached the ‘upload file’ section of the application form you may attach your document.
To attach your document select the title from the drop down list. Click the ‘browse’ button and a new window will appear. Select the document you wish to upload. Click ‘open’ then click ‘upload’. Wait a moment and your file will appear on the application form.
